Gastronomy has been part of our family for generations. After completing my studies abroad, I worked in the tourism industry, but always felt the need to return to our profession. In eight years at Bellevue, I have worked in every position, which allowed me to get an understanding of the restaurant operations. Constant progress, looking for and creating new trends, a great team and the support of a large company are the main reasons why I cannot imagine my professional life without Bellevue.

My way to Bellevue was through a number of great and inspiring stops. The last one was in Mlýnec - another restaurant of Zátiší Group. In the Czech Republic I was working in a few luxurious restaurants with some well-known master chefs before flying to New York. One of the restaurant was even awarded with the michelin star. In New York I worked as a Head Chef in one of their amazing restaurants. Then I wanted to show my cooking skills to guests here in Prague.

I prefer using fresh ingredients from the garden and including them into the traditional recipes of our grandmothers which are considered to be the best ones. My grandmother was my first teacher anyway. Being still at school I was able to find my first job in the centre of Prague where I could use my knowledge of gastronomy. But five years ago I wanted to move on. Bellevue was a big challenge for me. Getting to know more in our field and discover new trends will always be my passions.

I started my work at the V Zátiší restaurant in 2009 and soon realised that my work could also become my hobby. After four years I was offered a job at the Bellevue restaurant, and offer I could not resist. You can easily guess by its name what a charming place this restaurant is. Apart from that, you need to bear in mind that we provide the most modern gastronomic trends, excellent service and an amazing view over the river of Prague Castle.

When I moved to Prague in 2010 I was very lucky to become a part of Libor Pavlíček‘s team at the V Zátiší restaurant. I started to work as a waiter and after five years I came to Bellevue, where after a year I became a Day Manager. I enjoy providing excellent and unforgettable service. I also like working as a part of a great, strong team.

When I was hired at Zátiší Group five years ago, which was immediately after completing my secondary school studies, I must admit I did not know much then about the world of top gastronomy. I left for a hotel across the river but I soon returned. I came to the Bellevue restaurant as a commis de rang and after eight months I became a shift manager. I enjoy working with people a lot.

I started to work for the Zátiší Group as a receptionist in the V Zátiší restaurant. I have always enjoyed preparing and arranging things for other people which later became my real job in the Bellevue restaurant. I organise different events and I am also responsible for daily routines at the reception. I say that a combination of good food and a good drink could be as addictive as drugs. They become healers not only for your body but for your soul as well.

Due to my passion for travelling and big love for good food and drink I already gained some experience in gastronomy not only in the Czech Republic but abroad as well. While working at the Bellevue restaurant, I'm still in contact with people from all over the world. I really enjoy fulfilling their special wishes. What always makes me happy is when our guests after eating and drinking say that they had a wonderful time and experience in our restaurant.

Before I settled down at the Bellevue restaurant, I had worked on ocean liners for 7 years. I had an interesting experience every day then. Working as a hostess means intensive contact with restaurant guests which is something I like a lot and makes me happy, too.
