Our menu now offers some new dishes inspired by spring. Come to enjoy wonderful new fish and meat dishes based on in-season ingredients.
The arrival of spring brings with it many creative possibilities using local ingredients, which inspired Marek Šáda and his team to create these dishes.
These new dishes are all main courses. You can enjoy cod served with grenaille potatoes, salicornia, parsley mayonnaise and caviar; or saddle of lamb and confit, Brussels sprouts, polenta, sage and lime; our centerpiece, veal fillet, now served with peas, early morel and Perigourdine sauce; or, finally, rabbit with spinach, beetroot and lardo.
