Tomáš Melich - Managing Director Bellevue and Žofín Garden

I have been working for Zatisi Group for ten years already. I started in the legendary Corona Bar and then changed to the restaurant V Zatisi. In February 2007 I got the chance to become the manager of the Bellevue restaurant; to create a completely new team here and to change the restaurant from scratch.
I consider Bellevue to be my baby. I think it has managed the first steps of its life, but I still have to bring it up and try to manage it in a way that the guests like it as much as I do.
Again and again, I am fascinated by the view from the Bellevue’s windows toward the river and the Prague Castle. I enjoy it every day and never tire of it.
Wine is another big hobby of mine, especially white from Burgundy and red from Piedmont.
